Advanced Computer Connections (ACC), a premier provider of computer network design and information systems solutions, is growing again, and ACC is looking for a few premier customer service and sales team candidates to manage AND build superb customer relationships across north central Ohio to manage and grow sales through a CONSULTATIVE sales process.
Job Description of ACC Sales and Customer Service team:
• Uphold and represent ACC’s core values, mission and vision
• Actively maintain relationships with current customers, via direct face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and email
• Actively pursue and prospect for new opportunities through various means such as cold calling via phone or site visits, and various marketing tools
• Oversee projects and ensure a successful project completion for customers
• Responsibility for follow up with customers, and ensure excellent customer service
• Communicate with ACC product vendors to develop quotes for solutions
• Interact with all levels of staff and management at ACC
• Act as a liaison for clients to be aligned with the appropriate ACC technical contact
• Present solutions to clients, and help determine the best solution, while working with ACC Technical teams
• Set goals with the help of senior ACC management and accomplish set goals on a regular basis
• Identify marketplace changes
• Continue learning about new technology solutions and determine where those solutions apply
Key Qualifications of successful candidates:
• Knowledge of Technology products and solutions helpful, but not required
• Bachelors in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields helpful, but not required
• Ability to learn, retain, and apply new technology concepts quickly
• Self-starter and the ability to work independently
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong ethical standards of business conduct
• Must demonstrate great people skills
• Exemplary communication and presentation skills
• Ability to set goals and accomplish set goals
• Superb follow-up, time management and attention to detail skill
• Takes that extra step to ensure the highest level of customer service
• A mature persona, possessing charisma, demeanor and charm
• Strong cognitive abilities
• A strong desire to succeed is a must
• Experience with Microsoft Office solutions
• Minimum of 3 year proven experience in working with businesses
