Advanced Computer Connections (ACC), a premier provider of computer network design and information systems solutions, is looking for a few premier service team candidates to design, implement and support business solutions across north central Ohio.
Job Description of ACC Service Team members:
• Uphold and represent ACC’s core values, mission and vision
• Actively maintain relationships with current customers, via direct face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and email
• Design, install and support various sized network infrastructures
• Analyze, diagnose and correct network, server, storage and workstation issues
• Take ownership of projects to ensure a successful project completion for customers
• Take ownership for following up with customers, and ensuring excellent customer service
• Create, modify and keep documentation with an emphasis on detail
• Communicate with ACC product vendors to develop appropriate solutions
• Interact with all levels of staff and management at ACC
• Continue learning about new technology solutions and determine where those solutions apply
Key Qualifications of successful candidates:
• Knowledge of Technology products and solutions
• Major Vendor Certifications to include Cisco, Microsoft, HP, Symantec, VMWare preferred but not required
• Excellent knowledge of client server OS and network troubleshooting
• Ability to learn, retain, and apply new technology concepts quickly
• Self-starter and the ability to work independently
• Strong ethical standards of business conduct
• Exemplary communication and presentation skills
• Ability to set goals and accomplish set goals
• Superb follow-up, time management and attention to detail skills
• A mature persona, possessing charisma, demeanor and charm
• Strong cognitive abilities
• A strong desire to succeed is a must
• Minimum of 3 year proven experience in providing technology based business solutions
