Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to assess needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Design, install and support various sized networks and email systems
• Analyze, diagnose and correct network, server and workstation issues
• Recommend, install, diagnose and repair software solutions from various vendors

Qualifications:

• Documented professional experience building, installing and supporting Microsoft environments
• Proven trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills
• Microsoft certifications (MCP, MCSA, MCSE, etc.)
• In depth knowledge of Microsoft Exchange
• Novell experience a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift and carry 75 pound boxes
