Service Team Member



Advanced Computer Connections (ACC), a premier provider of computer network design and information systems solutions, is growing again, and ACC is looking for a few premier service team candidates to design, implement and support business solutions across north central Ohio.

ACC is looking for professional level candidates who have experience and certifications in the technology field. Service Members are required to interact with every level of management of our customer base and require a high level of professionalism at all times.

Ongoing training and certification is required for every Service Team member.

Ideal candidates will have worked in medium sized professional businesses and have a strong commitment to personal and team success as well as delivering exceptional customer service.

Major vendor certifications with Cisco, Microsoft, VMware are not required for initial employment, but specific vendor certification will be required within the first 90-days.

Every candidate is required to go through a lab scenario that replicates a medium sized business. The lab generally takes 2-4 hours to complete and is not a technical pass/fail exam, but provides ACC with a baseline for your current skillsets so we can make an informed decision.
