Redundant Power Supplies

The building housing the ACC Data Center has two separate power feeds. If one of these power feeds is cut due to an accident or construction close to the Data Center, the  Data Center will continue to function un-interrupted. In the case of a city wide power failure, ACC’s onsite UPS and generator systems provide a constant source of power.

Climate Controlled Environment

The ACC Data Center is equipped with a high capacity HVAC system to keep the Data Center at a constant 65-70 degree temperature. The Data Center environment is maintained at these optimal temperature and humidity levels at all times as specified by the computer equipment makers.

Security

Secure entry is in place through the use of key cards and motion detectors.

24 X 7 Support

Support is available for the Data Center 24 hours a day 7 days a week. If access or support is needed for your server, a technician is just a phone call away.

System Monitoring

Our network is constantly monitored to ensure that your server is always up and running. Optionally, key statistics about your server can be captured in an effort to increase performance and eliminate bottlenecks. If any problems are detected, our technicians are notified immediately.

Multiple Internet Connections

As an Internet service provider that owns and operates its own network, Advanced Computer Connections provides bandwidth with redundant, high-speed connections to the Internet. Our system automatically selects the fastest way to move your data – and even switches to another Internet backbone carrier if a provider goes down.
