Cancellations are processed at the end of each month. ANY cancellations received after the last day of any month will be processed the following month.

In order to cancel your Internet account with ACC please fill out the form below. Someone will contact you to verify your request for cancellation. We will not consider this request without all of the fields filled in correctly.

(*NOTE*) For security reasons it is better that you stop into the ACC store and cancel there, or at least call and confirm your cancellation.
