“My experience with ACC could not have been better. Being a brand new non- managed customer, I expected my issues to go to the bottom of the list. Not only was my question attended to that same day but I had multiple interactions with ACC staff who were making sure everything was promptly handled. The communication was spectacular. The follow-up and attention to detail were outstanding. I’m not hoping for another IT problem to arise but when it does I have confidence that my
expectations will be exceeded once again.”
